Closing was yesterday and went without a hitch! I was able to unload the U-Haul and store items in the Carriage House. I also realized the amount of stuff I still need to take down there before the movers come! I did meet with an HVAC guy and we are getting the A/C fixed and the entire system upgraded. I’m sure it will make a big difference…. The movers are scheduled for July 24th! Lots to do before then…..
