I am happy to report that things are definitely coming along at our house. Luke’s room is officially finished and has a fully functioning door!!
I have also been working on the Carriage House. We had a mini-split system installed so it now has its own heating/cooling system. I am furnishing it almost completely using Facebook Marketplace. Great deals!!
Other small changes include new door deadbolts, house #s on the back door, paneling another wall in the basement, and making a dry area for Luke’s tractor over the winter. And Luke bought a fire pit!
I have ordered all the appliances, sinks, toilet, tub and flooring for both the Main House and the Carriage House. It won’t be too much longer until our general contractor comes and works his magic!! Stay tuned!
