I started to type that not much is new…until I realized more has happened than I thought. We got new gutters and downspouts. We had someone fill in the yard where the new sewer line was dug. And we had the driveway excavated and new rock added.
As for what I’ve done – I added a photo gallery wall in the kitchen, planted flowers outside, put in a paver sidewalk in front of the Carriage House, and made and hung flower boxes on the Carriage House!!!

Next on the agenda is to finish planting some crepe myrtles on the side. I want to create a privacy space between the Carriage House and the business next door.
I am once again focusing on the Carriage House in hopes of getting it finished and rented out.
I need to finish putting in shelves in Luke’s closet and painting the entire thing.
Then it will be on to creating mud room area off the kitchen. After that I have plans for a window seat and built in bookcase in the family room….in other words it is never ending and I love it!
